In a ruling where they decided not to decide, the SCOTUS lamented that Americans had nothing better to do on a summer Wednesday than watch their decision not to deliberate on key issues. SCOTUS also refused to ban metrosexual marriage, allow gay couples to have abortions, or define exactly what gay marriage even is.
